The annual Beaver Queen Pageant is a family friendly Beaver Drag fundraising event that encourages play, honors diversity, supports community and promotes creativity through interactive performance. This year’s pageant has been dubbed the Wild, Wild Wetlands to honor the beavers who helped with the expansion of the American west.

Be on the lookout for Bad Beavers!

Start stuffing the box now at the Board of Corruption.  At the BoC you can vote for people’s choice, buy a judge, sponsor the pageant and reserve VIB (very important beaver) box seats.  All dirty money raised at the Beaver Queen Pageant supports the Ellerbe Creek Watershed Association in its effort to clean the beaver’s wetland.

Costumes are encouraged.

Come out and see the Triangle’s Best Tails.

Pack a picnic.  Bring some money.   RAIN or SHINE.
